This video is great with you and your daughter-in-law with the 30 min. HIIT cardio. I am glad you show a exercise for the jumping part. As you get to a certain age jumping jars the body too much, but all the other exercise I can keep up with. Feel tired but great, I also notice as we get older – it is easier to do stand up exercise and not up and down on the floor. Thanks for making exercise a lot easier for us older generation and those who have health issues.

Totally love this HIIT workout! I try and do it every other day, and in between, do one of your arm workouts as well as keep up my steps (my daily goal is 12,000).
